SDA13000 AND D13000PS

SDA13000
The SDA13000 is the latest offering in our DBI scope line. The SDA13000 retains all the
functionality of the SDA18000/SDA11000 series. The SDA13000 is intended to help you be more competitive in the PCI-Express Gen 2 application space, as well as FB DIMM II, Fibre Channel II,and SAS/SATA II. The bandwidth is not boosted to achieve 13 GHz BW, it is achieved with a dual path front end. The 6 GHz path is cabled directly to the front end, the higher bandwidth path, which
creates the 2 channels at 13 GHz, are cabled directly to the DBI deck.

D13000PS
The D13000PS is the latest differential probe offering to be used with the new SDA13000 Serial
Data Analyzer. The system bandwidth will be 13 GHz.

USB Protocol Analyzer With Support for Microsoft’s Windows Vista

PSG has released v2.5 for the USB protocol analyzer family. This release is available for USBTracer™ /Trainer (including Classic), USB Mobile HS and USB Advisor.
Enhancements:
• Windows Vista 32 and Windows Vista 64 compatible –     LeCroy’s current USB analyzer product line
can now be installed under Windows Vista (drivers operate in 32-bit mode under Vista 64).

Wave Expert 100H high bandwidth sampling oscilloscope

 High bandwidth oscilloscopes must have the detailed analysis capability required by next-generation standards. Adding to the measurement complexity is the emergence of receiver equalization which allows high-speed serial data links to operate error-free even when the signal is severely distorted. The WaveExpert 100H is the ideal signal integrity analysis solution for these applications.
